Cancellation Policy

SUP with ANA Lessons and Board Hire, Weekly Trips

• More than 7 days notice: We will provide you with a credit voucher valid for 12 months, or a free transfer/reschedule to a different session. If neither are suitable, we will issue you a full refund

• 7 days notice or less: The booking is fully chargeable. However, we will do our best to fill your place, and if we do, we will transfer your booking at no cost or give you a credit voucher valid for 12 months.

 

All day training courses (British Canoeing) and weekend trips and retreat days

 

• More than 30 days notice: We will provide you with a credit voucher valid for 12 months, or a free transfer/reschedule to a different session. If neither are suitable, we will issue you a full refund.

• 30 days notice or less: The course is fully chargeable. However, we will you our best to fill your place, and if we do, we will transfer your booking at no cost or give you a credit voucher valid for 12 months.

Skills and Drills and Paddleboarding and Yoga in POOL are non refundable /rearranging can be given due to nature of pool contract where I pay them in advance.

I would deduct 8% of all your refund amounts for the cost of transactions with third party provider.

Holidays abroad have got their own cancellation policy first deposit payment being non refundable.

All cancellations must be provided in writing.

Cancellation by the SUP with ANA

 

• On the occasion of bad weather and conditions, or if we fail to meet the minimum numbers to run the activity, we may have to reschedule or cancel your activity.

• Your safety is our priority so if the conditions are not appropriate for your booking to be conducted safely, we will prioritise an alternative location for your booking. 

• In the event of misbehaviour on previous trips /activities SUP with ANA has fully control on cancelling your place on future trips/activities.
